Learn to make a delicious, old fashioned sipping vinegar called Shrub! We’ll be using fresh local figs, sugar, herbs and organic vinegar to create your fermentation. You’ll use the tasty syrup in homemade soda pop, craft cocktails, delicious mocktails, or as a daily tummy digestive! We’ll talk about basic fruit fermentation, we’ll taste various flavors of shrubs, and you’ll make your very own batch of fig thyme shrub to take home and bottle!
