Buttermilk Sunday Brunch-scuits
We shared this secret recipe in an MVL email in the summer of ‘22 when we only had about 30-some subscribers. Within a couple of months we got about 160 emails thanking us for the kindness. LOL!
This recipe is one of our southern favorites, too. It’s got the right effort-to-deliciousness quotient that makes for a perfect pleaser on a lazy Sunday morning.
Tall, fluffy, sweet, and salty. Break ‘em open and add a drizz of local honey, a few strips of bacon, or a pat of livermush (our fav). Or enjoy them all by their lonesomes. Just don’t plan on doing a whole lot of anything but wanting a nice long nap afterward.
